My Planning Documents

WHAT ARE 'MY PLANNING DOCUMENTS'?

 > This folder is for use by individual teachers to store personal
    planning documents.
 > The red button makes it easy to identify.

WHAT IS ITS PURPOSE?
 
 > Enables a teacher to store all current planning documents in
    one location - easy access.
 > Saves time, increases efficiency.

HOW IS IT USED?
 
 > Decide which folders will be used to store documents.  Some 
    have already been provided: Outcomes overview, Teaching Plans,
    Assessment, Resources, Day / term plans.
 > Additional folders can be created by File / Create folder / Select /
    Name
.

Two methods can be used to place documents in the 'My Planning Documents' folder.
 (1) Copy and paste: select the document - right click - copy. 
      Select the folder / pate / re-name.
 (2) Drag and drop: select the document - 'Open' - make a personal
      document.  Drag the newly created document to the new
      location.

At the end of the unit

 > Return the documents to the previous location by cut and paste.

 Undo and Re-do functions

 > It is possible to un-do and re-do actions by clicking on the icons 
    on the top menu bar.
