Planning Templates

WHAT ARE PLANNING TEMPLATES?

 > Planning templates are blank formats that teachers can use to
    organise planning.

WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE?

Time Organisers
 
 > To organise curriculum planning materials into time-schedules e.g.
    day, planners, week planners, term planners.

Program Organisers

 > To organise curriculum into formats that are easily understood 
    e.g. graphic organisers provide a summary of the learning 
    program  across learning areas.

HOW ARE THEY USED?
 
 > Select an organiser e.g. Daily work planner.
 > Change the format to suit personal preferences .
 > Copy the format to the 'My Planning Documents' folder.
 > Replicate the document e.g. a week planner may be repeated 10
    times for a term's planning.
 > Copy and paste from the planning documents into the 'time
    organiser' e.g. distribute the learning program across the 10
    weeks.

Advanced Users
People familiar with the 'hyperlnking' process may hyperlink brief headings to planning documnets within Curriculum Organiser.  This will save time in copying and pasting.

Importing personal formats
Current formats or personally preferred formats can be imported into the planning templates or placed directly into the 'My Planning Documents' folder.
