WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE TEACHER PLANNING PROCESSES FOLDER?

 > The folder provides support for teachers in processes for planning:
    1.  Outcomes focussed education - conceptual framework
    2.  Planning processes
    3.  Assessment and recording

HOW IS IT USED?

 A range of planning processes is provided.

 The following sequence may be adopted in the use of planning 
 documents:
  1.  Outcomes overview - identifying the outcomes that may be 
       addressd in a topic.
  2.  Graphic Organisers - provide a condensed overview of the
       negotiated program.
  3.  Integrated Units - used to show how a topic / inquiry can be
       integrated.
  4.  Learning area units - provide planning support within a learning
       area in greater depth.
  5.  Learning activities - provide choice in learning experiences for
       students.
   6. Assessment record - link assessment tasks / criteria to the
       learning program.
